On Wednesday 14th April, Port Macquarie Library will be celebrating 10 years in our current building.
We will be partying throughout the day with a cafe in the library and live music provided by some very talented young local artists from 11.00am.

Can you help? About the project To staff at the library it sometimes feels as if there are millions of items being borrowed and returned. Well it’s official. Today Port Macquarie Library issued its five millionth item since opening in January 2000. To mark the occassion the lucky borrower, Patricia Bain, received a small gift from the library manager. Interestingly, the item in [...] The Central Northern Regional Library at Tamworth has put together an online resoures page of links to a wide range of information relating to Scotland, this year’s CWA of NSW country of study. The page includes festivals, geography, music, history, cuisine, arts, crafts, and images – to name just a few! Our latest edition of reviews by staff (what we’re reading, watching, listening to) is available in the Library and on the blog (see menu on right).
